Your responsibilities
After an internal training period on Melexis project methodology, you will be deployed in an RFIC design team. You are ready to travel (about 10% of your time), essentially to Germany and Belgium.

Your competencies
- University degree in microelectronics, ideally with a focus on analog and/or RF circuits
- 2+ years experience in designing ICs for RF applications is desirable
- You are able to design from scratch RF circuits like VCOs, LNAs, PLLs or PAs
- You are familiar with analog/RF design tools like Cadence Spectre for circuit design and Cadence Virtuoso for layout
- You have a general understanding of semiconductor processes like for example BiCMOS and CMOS technologies
- Understanding of project management practices
- Experience with multi-site projects is desirable
- You can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
