The potential candidate should meet the following requirements:
• Experience working in Windows XP, MS Office, Outlook, Active Directory Accounts
• Good knowledge of English (verbal and written communication)
• Basic network troubleshooting skills
• Basic PC troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in shifted working hours
