As a result of growth our company looks for Java\J2EE Architect\Team Lead.

We welcome the candidates who meet the following requirements:
Technological skills
• J2EE (EJB, Servlets, JMS, JNDI)
• J2EE architectural concepts, J2EE patterns
• Practical experience in JPA would be a plus
• Hibernate, Spring
• JBoss AS
• Web Services (Axis)
• Oracle
• SVN
• Continuous integration frameworks
• Scrum experience would be a plus
• Enterprise Architect would be a plus

Role’s requirements

• 6 to 7 years of industry related experience
• Good communication skills – written and spoken English
• Lead Architect experience developing J2EE-based applications
• Experience with continuous integration frameworks building
• Experience in researching and implementing new technologies
• Experience with warehouse management applications preferred
• Knowledge of German would be a plus
• Ability to travel to EU (Austria). Travel up to 2 weeks per month must be expected.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading development of software projects in distributed environment
• Providing leadership to the development team (mentoring, coaching establishing development guidelines)
• Establishing framework for project delivery
• Project methodologies are RUP, Agile (Scrum)

Personal Skills required:

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
• Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
• Pragmatic
• Good Management skills
