• In order to be effective at this position, you should have basic knowledge of:
Java 2 Fundamentals
• OOD, Enterprise Architecture (is a must)
• J2EE & Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, EJB3.0 (is a plus), JPA (is a plus), JSF, etc.
• Application Servers & Servlet Containers: JBoss, Tomcat
• SQL, DB Architecture
• Servlets, JSP
• JavaScript, AJAX (is a plus)
• XML, DHTML/HTML/WML
• Unix (is a plus)
