TECHNICAL TRAINER PORSCHE:

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and organize technical trainings for dealers ensure transfer of knowledge;
• Participate in manufacturer’s technical trainings;
• Hot line for technical support (analyze why the local technician was not able to complete the repair for the purpose of increasing competence level);
• Plan required equipment and tools for training;
• Ensure that the technicians become official manufacturer certified technicians by developing an individual training plan for each technician;
• Organize and conduct field trainings (startups, dealer on-site);
• Arrange for translation of training materials;
• Administer web-based trainings (technical);
• Support warranty administrator (in understanding tech issues);

Requirements to Candidates:
• Higher (Technical) education;
• At least 2 year experience as a Technical Trainer;
• Fluent English and Ukrainian;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Power Point);

Knowledge:
• Automotive technical competence;
• Warranty basic competence;
• Modern diagnostic equipment competence;
• How to create technical inquires to manufacturer;
• Understanding of workshop business processes.

Skills:
• To cope with technical issues;
• To train technical personnel;
• To plan, organize, and provide technical trainings;
• To learn fast and transfer knowledge to technical personnel.
