SALES MANAGER PORSCHE:
Responsibilities:
• Country business plan and sales forecast: Develops a business plan and sales strategy for products and specific regional markets that ensures attainment of brand sales goals and profitability. This includes volume forecast for each competitive segment resulting in achievable sales target for each product, planning of inventory needs and dealer marketing programs and budgets.
• Marketing decisions: Systematically collects information about customers’ needs and purchasing criteria, thus, contributing to marketing mix decisions and the development of effective communication plans. Responsible for the proper maintenance of CRM system at a dealer level.
• Sales process: contributes to the development and continuous improvement of brand sales process, which includes standardized prospect management, lead management, vehicle sales management and product delivery. Monitors measurement criteria, identifies problems and area of improvement, need for additional resources and training requirements. Conducts dealer audits on sales process.
• Country inventory control: ensures availability of sufficient stock at dealers and efficient inventory turnover;
• Dealer relationships: visits dealers on a regular basis, conducts or facilitates regular product and sales process training (including field training, off-side training and web-training), accumulates best practices from the field and disseminates them among dealers; supports dealer inquires; manages new dealer induction process from a sales side; organizes dealer sales conferences.
• Reporting: maintains timely and accurate reporting between dealer, importer and manufacturer on sales and inventory matters as well as sales personnel KPIs.
Requirements to Candidates:
• Business degree in sales and/or marketing;
• Ideal candidate has field sales experience incl. successful prospecting and moving opportunities through sales cycle;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office; Ability to utilize computer software to present data and reports in a meaningful format.
• Fluent English and Ukrainian;
Skills and personal qualities:
• Highly organized, customer-oriented self-starter;
• Strong planning and analytical skills;
• Capability to resolve complex problems with minimum of confusion, frustration and inconveniences for all parties concerned;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Ability to negotiate intelligently, overcome constraints, convince and listen to arguments, act firmly if needed;
• Ability to teach, train, mentor, consult rather than give direct orders;
• Strong leadership qualities, team player
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Able to travel 50% of time, including international travel;
• Driving license a must.
