Infopulse Ukraine (www.infopulse.com.ua), Ukrainian company, which has been successfully working for over 15 years in software development for western customers, due to it’s permanent growth annnounces some openings of HR Manager – Intern (Code HRMI 205) to work on full-time basis in our Kyiv office.

Responsibilities for this position depend on your skills level and will include (but are not limited to):

• Implementation of corporative human resources policies and procedures
• Conduction of recruiting campaigns and employment processes, new staff adaptation
• Implementation of employee motivation programs
• Implementation and coordination of performance review and appraisal procedures
• Detection employee training needs, coordination of in-house and external trainings
• Conduction of job market researches and analysis, staff skills and knowledge, etc.
• Conduction of staff investigations
• Corporate culture support and corporate events organization
• Maintenance HR related documents and databases
• Participation in other company’s HR Dept. projects and activities
• Assistance company departments (Marketing, Accounting, others) in their activities connected with recruiting (by request).

Successful candidates should correspond to the following strongly required competencies / skills:

• Understanding of basic HR activities, methods and approaches
• MS/BS Degree (graduate or 5-year student) in technical field preferably
• Strong English skills (both spoken and written)
• Advanced computer skills (MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet search engines etc.)
• Irreproachable grammatical correctness in English, Ukrainian, Russian
• Understanding of business etiquette rules and correct manner of phone conversation
• Readiness and ability to quick-learning and to implementation of new knowledge into everyday work.

One or more of the following qualifications are desirable but not required:

• Understand software development business, be familiar with Information Technologies concepts
• Previous successful work experience as a Secretary / Assistant / Receptionist.
