As a result of growth our company looks for Helpdesk Specialist.
Responsibilities:
• Support and follow-up on telephone and mail
• Troubleshooting, testing and logging
• Internal training
• Preparation of user's guide, training plan
• General customer service
• Be an important contributor in the internal communication with the department
Requirements:
• Master/bachelor degree in Computer Science or related domain
• 2+ years experience in service related work(Support/correction of errors)
• Very good skills in HW and SW
• Very good skills in Microsoft, especially Windows, Outlook and Active Directory
• Knowledge about ITIL and process work
• Experience in users support within MS Office (MOUSE certificate will be plus)
• Independent with high responsibility
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Service oriented professional attitude
