Office and Communication Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Providing a wide range of complex office administration and support
• Reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents
• Collecting and analyzing information
• Interpreting and translating
• Maintaining executive's appointment schedule
• Participating in a variety of projects and events
• Dealing with PR agencies
Requirements:
• University degree
• 1+ years of experience on the position of Personal Assistant
• Marketing/communication background is an advantage
• Fluency in English ( written , spoken)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Polished interpersonal skills
• Understanding of cross – cultural differences in the international organizations |
