Expert in one scripting language (python/ruby/perl). Python preferred
Expert knowledge of unix (IT level) and good knowledge of windows (IT level) in order to setup tools and manage day to day problems
Very good knowledge of OO designs
Good knowledge of one RDBMS, e.g. postregsql, mysql. Knowledge of SQL queries and abilities to design database schemas.
Can write and understand english
Optional: Knowledge of internals of Plone/Zope content management system.
