IT MANAGER

Purpose of the position:
oversee and proactively manage availability and capacity of the company’s IT infrastructure, including, but not limited to:
IBM @server (type of xSeries 346)
Linux SuSe 9.2
IBM WebSphere
IBM DB2
Multiple SVN repositories
JIRA project management and issue tracking framework
hardware – based firewall

support and consult remote and local users.
Support and operate users’ desktops.
Manage IT subcontractors relations.

Requirements to the position:

Linux setup and operation 4+ years;
knowledge of IP routing basics;
experience in managing SMB level of hardware router/firewall;
experience in maintaining production online databases is a plus;
experience in managing IT in a software development company is a plus;
experience in any service centric organization is a plus;
good command of English.
