LUXOFT Company (IBS group of companies) opens Program Manager position in department, which projects are being developed for the only customer.

Responsibilities:

-Heading program (4+ projects) within Company dedicated center for foreign investment bank;
-Act as a PRIMARY point of contact from Company side for the Client management.
-Participating in internal sales activities with dedicated center’s account manager, business development
-Managing/coordinating the work of Project Managers responsible for projects delivery and development;
-Monitoring execution of development with high quality and necessary process maturity standards;
-Maintaining and developing the relationship with client management and technical leads;
-Managing Company on-site employees;
-Improving and implementing the changes of engineering process in dedicated center projects
-Strategic project planning with account manager and customer representative
-Account Budget planning and control
-Account Personnel hiring, management, assessment, carrier development and motivation
-Inter-project Resource allocation
-Manage Internal company reporting for Human Resources and Financial departments
-Solve all common account issues including but not limited to infrastructure, engineering processes, internal and external communications, account members placing
-Monitoring and management of Client’s security policy implementation
-Mentoring Project managers when necessary
-Schedule personnel trainings and vacations

Requirements:

-5+ years of Project management experience in the software development projects (opposite to experience in implementation-only)
-Proven track record Experience of managing distributed projects and teams of 20 people or more
-Excellent project management skills
-General understanding of Web technologies, Java and J2EE technology, UNIX/Windows environments, database technologies, relational databases, SQL, Oracle/Sybase/MS SQL.
-Understanding of financial services (Mortgage) an advantage
-Knowledge of formal project management methodologies (SW-CMM/CMMI, ISO9001, MSF, RUP, others) is an advantage
-Very strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent spoken and written English ESSENTIAL, ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts
