Purpose of the position: to lead and manage a team of Java developers

Requirements:
- 3+ years of Java EE development (or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of OOA, OOP
- Understanding of main Java EE concepts (EJB, Transaction management, Servlets)
- Knowledge of standard software development practices including project lifecycles, project management, code management and release process
- Experience of working in a large team environment.
- Intermediate English

Responsibilities:
- 70% line management (code review, task tracking, issue/bug tracking, estimation evaluation)
- 30% coding - mostly best practices
