Main Responsibilities:
• Providing Customer Quality program communication and management
• Reporting, monitoring dealers and action planning
• Carrying out Dealer Training
• Developing CQ Organization
• Supporting dealers in solving highly critical customer complaints
• Controlling compliance with standard processes and management rules
Main Requirements:
• Relevant experience from 2 years
• Previous experience in automobile company is an advantage
• Working experience with dealer networks (developing, monitoring, supporting)
• Fluent English is a must
• Flexible, multi-tasking |
