AFTERSALES MANAGER VOLVO:
More specifically, ASM’s responsibilities will include:
• Team development (performance review, target setting);
• Build relations with the dealer (dealer visits, training-evaluation-certification-auditing, aftersales conference once per year);
• Aftersales marketing strategy (delivery of brand aftersales strategy to the market, parts pricing, service pricing;
• Contributes to aftersales process document;
• Preparing for launch of new product;
• Manufacturer relations on aftersales matters;
• Accessories sales (non-factory options);
• Create and implement a special tools library (in conjunction with Distribution Dep.)
• Ensure claims are paid by reconciling with the manufacturer’s statement of account;
• Administer web-based trainings (aftersales but not technical);
• Country business plan;
• Review/Approve of service facility design;
Requirements to Candidates:
• Higher (Technical) education;
• At least 3 year experience as an After Sales Manager;
• Fluent English and Ukrainian;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Power Point);
• Responsibility;
• Ability to overcome objections;
• High organizational skills;
• Ability to convince;
• Persistence in achieving goals;
• Ability to manage and motivate people.
Knowledge:
• Technical specifications of vehicles;
