MARKET REPRESENTATION SPECIALIST: The Market Representation Specialist will work closely with the Department Manager to develop a high-quality nationwide dealership network for the Ford brand. This individual should be sales-oriented with strong project management and communication skills to be able to drive the process of establishing new dealerships throughout Ukraine. Responsibilities: Project Consulting with independent Ford dealers and Ford Motor Company regarding the implementation of brand standards in Ukraine: • To obtain deep knowledge regarding the Ford brand standards and requirements for Ukraine’s dealer network • To review project plan documentation and consult with Ford dealers regarding the specific design and functional criteria required to establish a dealership • To track and expedite the progress of construction and enhancement of the Ford dealer network in Ukraine Minimum Requirements of Candidates: • Degree in Business, Economics or Engineering • Experience in project management (Automotive experience would be a plus) • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (MS Project and/or Auto CAD would be a plus) • Fluent English and Ukrainian skills (writing and speaking) Required Strengths and Expectations: • Strong communications skills; ability to speak at all levels of an organization • Ability to learn very quickly • Highly organized • Drivers License (B) • Extensive Travel throughout Ukraine If you feel that you are the right candidate for this position, please send us your CV in English to the following e-mail: hr@winner.ua or fax +38 044 430-4746 Please indicate vacancy name in the subject line.
